Conagra Talent Management Analyst in Chicago, Illinois

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team to support employee development by managing our talent marketplace, providing insights through data analysis, supporting Conagra's annual Talent programs administering assessments, and coordinating coaching engagements. You will report to the Director Talent Management.

You Will:

  • Manage Conagra's new talent marketplace to improve talent mobility by collaborating with HR colleagues and the business to identify projects, monitor adoption rates, gather success metrics, and improve hands-on development experiences

  • Support our skills architecture by managing the data integrity and accuracy of a third-party platform, and communicating with HR colleagues to ensure linkage to other HR processes and systems

  • Be a project manager for enterprise-level talent initiatives, such as talent planning, performance management, employee assessments and top-talent identification.

  • Gather and synthesize data from multiple technologies and extract insights to help improve talent effectiveness across the enterprise

  • Coordinate and administer multiple assessment tools by engaging with employees, HR colleagues, third-party providers and multiple technology platforms

  • Develop and facilitate enterprise wide training on talent management tools, systems & processes

  • Communicate easy to understand, meaningful insights that allow leaders to make better decisions

  • Manage vendor relationships, to include reporting, invoicing, and ongoing collaboration

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years in Human Resources, Learning or Talent Management

  • Experience translating complex information into pragmatic, executable steps

  • Experience handling sensitive data, and exercising judgment and discretion

  • Collaborate across the organization with HR colleagues and partners.

Number of Days in Office: 3
