Conagra ISHIDA Lead in Fayetteville, Arkansas
Shift: This role is 1st Shift, 5:30 AM-4:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $19.73 an hour
At the start of the shift check schedule, complete “pass-over ‘with previous shift operator, put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear, complete safety check on equipment to ensure all safety devices are functioning properly.
Check the production schedule for the product being run and verify proper supplies are available on the Ishida staging platform.
Report to assigned workstation, verify product and weights, set bucket weight and adjust as required.
Manually load boxes of meat products in to the Ishida Scale hopper, break down boxes and place in the proper receptacle.
Monitor the process, record weights and batch numbers, take samples, complete checks and make adjustments as required.
Check product rejected by checkweighers and/or metal detectors for nonconformities and take the appropriate action.
Keep work area clear and clean, place trash in proper receptacles as required.
Perform “teardown” / change-overs using proper tools and equipment and according to approved methods and procedures.
Troubleshoot production line, clear jams, make adjustments and minor repairs or call maintenance personnel as required.
Assist maintenance techs with tasks on equipment as required and special projects as assigned.
Assist Line Personnel as required. (see specific JFA’s for details) complete other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Keep work area clear and clean, runout product and complete change-overs and sanitation clean-up as directed.
Perform housekeeping duties to maintain clean and safe working environment in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
At the end of the shift complete “pass-over ‘with next shift operator or clean area, prepare and secure all equipment as required
Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen.
Must be able to pass a background check.
