Conagra Procurement Project Specialist in Omaha, Nebraska
Reporting to the Procurement COE, you will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Brand, R&D (Research & Development), Internal Customers (i.e. Proteins, Ingredients, Commodities, Packaging, T&W, CoMan, and Indirect Procurement) and Supplier resources to inspire creativity, renovation, cost savings, and run the Supplier Excellence Program within the Procurement Center of Excellence (COE).
Position Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the Supplier Excellence Program
Drive streamlined Supply Chain processes across the organization
Achieve and maintain power-user status by working with other super-users within Conagra: ERP, Project Management tools, reporting, and dashboards
Promote Conagra Brands cost reduction ideation, implementation, and reporting
Plan events and coordinate logistics for key cross-functional events
Lead strategic Supplier Development & Procurement Productivity projects
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related major
3+ years in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Management roles
Project Management Experience
Experience developing or leading category strategies and supplier performance management
Influence management and team building skills
Use computer software, including Power BI, MS Excel (can perform advanced functions), Clarizen, PowerPoint and other analysis software
Availability for travel approximately 10% of time
